a perfect base for strolling through milan's best attractions

Staying here made exploring milan effortless, as it's just a short walk from the fine bosco verticale and only about 500 meters from the central train station, meaning I could easily access public transport without hassle. I felt especially safe walking around in the evening, a big plus for solo travelers like me.

The staff were friendly, the location was good and magnificent. It was also set really close to a tube station👍

The whole experience was such great, no complaints whatsoever, totally recommend. Great value, room was modern, staff were OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING. The room we had included TV set with satellite channels, central heating and an individual safe. The hotel's location was magnificent, just off bus stops for Hop On Hop Off sightseeing, and the shuttle/bus stop to Malpensa and Linate airports. Furthermore, to Malpensa airport.

our single room was fully renovated, with a comfy bed. the bathroom was nice and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet for our convenience. the location was unbeatable for traveling around milan, close enough to the shuttle/bus stop to malpensa and linate airports, malpensa and linate airports and the centrale station. we enjoyed to have evening drinks at bar gioia, based nearby.

The building's unusual entrance felt secure once you got in, even if it was a bit sketchy at first.

Air conditioning didn't work properly. After an hour of cool air, the room turned into a furnace, sleepless night. The shower flooded, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water from previous guests. The initial pleasant scent in the bathroom faded quickly, becoming unpleasant in the heat. Our entire stay felt overpriced at $350 AUD for a place with these issues.

The room had a bit of mold in the bathroom, just lovely. And the front desk staff certainly don't know what 'quiet hours' mean, as they were chatting till 12:30 am, distracting me. Almost thought of giving a good review but that just wouldn't be right. I expected some cute gift for all my troubles, but alas.

The hotel's position near Central Station is unbeatable for transportation. The staff were accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after check-out. While the rooms could feel slightly compact, they were impeccably clean, and the bonus of hot showers was much appreciated.

I stayed in a Single Room, and it was super clean and comfy. The bed felt great after a long day of exploring. I loved the soundproofing-totally quiet, rare in a big city. Just a heads-up, it did feel a bit compact for my taste, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This place was a great choice for our stay, with a perfect location right by the train station and bus stop, and we enjoyed spending our evenings at Bar Gioia nearby.

The building and rooms are amazing, and having a balcony is a nice touch. The location is absolutely perfect, within close proximity to Piazza Duca d'aosta. It's convenient to be just off the airport shuttle drop off and central station, with easy access to buses to Malpensa. Right next to the Central Train Station is a huge plus.
